● Lemon is one of the ingredients that speeds chicken browning and gives it a beautiful color, so it is possible to add two tablespoons of lemon juice to marinate the chicken.

● It is possible to replace olive oil with butter, as we grind chicken pieces with olive oil.

● Poultry can be applied on the outside with a little milk, until browned well.


Preparing oven roasted ingredients


● Half a kilogram of chicken (whole chicken without cutting it or removing the skin).
● Five tablespoons of olive oil.
● Half a cup of ketchup sauce.
● A quarter cup of balsamic vinegar.
● A cube of chicken broth.
● Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper.
● Half a teaspoon of garlic powder.
● A teaspoon of sweet paprika.
● Teaspoon of hot red pepper (if desired).
● Half a teaspoon of ginger powder.
● Half a teaspoon of ground cardamom.

● A stick from rosemary.
● Three leaves of basil (basil).

How to prepare

● Add salt, black pepper, red pepper, paprika, ground cardamom, ginger and garlic powder.

● We put the chicken in a deep bowl, put the marinade, rub it inside and out, and spread it well.

● Cover the chicken with nylon paper and put it in the fridge for at least three hours, and it is best to leave it for a longer period of time until the chicken has absorbed the flavors well.

● We put a quarter cup of water in a tray with high edges, and add water from basil, rosemary, bay leaf, cardamom, and stir the ingredients together.

● Take the chicken out of the fridge and place it on the tray over the herbs.

● Preheat the oven to one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius.

● We put the chicken in the oven and leave it for about two hours for it to simmer and brown well.

● Take the chicken out of the oven and serve it hot with grilled vegetables and potatoes.
